• To apply for a PhD, Masters, Bachelor, Diploma or Certificate Programme (View Programmes here) as a Self Sponsored Student download the application forms here and submit the duly filled forms at the Registrar Academics Office.
• Application forms should be submitted to the University duly filled and signed,  accompanied by all the other requirements stated therein.
• The University is not obligated to return the application form and photocopies of the original documents if the applicant is not admitted, or wishes to withdraw his/her application.
• More so, the University is not under any obligation to retain an application if no correspondence has been received within a twelve-month period from the date of application.
• No application is valid unless the appropriate application fee has been paid. Application forms can be accessed through an online application or downloaded below.

KAFUCO Application Fee

• All applications should be accompanied by a non –refundable fee of KES.500/= for Certificate & Diploma, KES.1, 000/= for Undergraduate, and KES.2, 000/= for Postgraduate Programmes.
• The non-refundable application fee may be deposited in the following account: Kenya Commercial Bank, Mbale Branch A/C N0.1164385291 or paid in form of banker’s Cheque payable to Kaimosi Friends University College.
