Upon your graduation, On Tueday, 22nd November 2019, Kibabii University, KibU confirmed a high number of graduates with both Certificates, Diplomas and Bachelor Degrees from various spectrum of courses offered at KU. The occasion that was graced by high number of dignitaries and Excellencies. Of the very many graduates whose transcripts we expected to be ready by 20th January 2020, graduands are expected to note the transcript/certificate collection dates as stated below.

Please NOTE that you are required to:
Have cleared all outstanding fees
Present yourself in person with the following documents:
Original National ID/Passport
Original Student ID Card
Original First and Second Clearance Forms
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
The names on the Degree certificate will appear as they are in the National ID/Passport in the order of First name, Middle name and Surname. While collecting certificates, graduates must ensure that their names are correctly spelt.
Certificates must be safely kept Duplicates are never issued.STORAGE CHARGES
Every graduate must have collected his/her certificate by the scheduled date allocated to them.
Any certificate not collected by this date will attract a storage charge per year or part thereof. For avoidance of doubt, any part of a year after the expiry of the collection date shall still attract a storage charge.
CERTIFICATION
Each graduate is entitled to one set (transcript and certificate) of certified copies on the day of collection.
