APPLICATION GUIDELINES- PRESERVICE CANDIDATES

Requirements for creating a new account

1. Use valid personal email address that is familiar to you. If you don’t have an email address you can easily create one before you continue with the application process.

STEPS

1. Visit KMTC Website i.e. www.kmtc.ac.ke
2. Click on application portal on the top right side of the website.
3. If you do not have an account, click Register in the form provided and fill in your details
4. as required then submit. You’ll be redirected into a personal details form which you fill
5. and submit.
6. If you have an account, click Login and input your email address and password.
7. You will be directed to Dashboard.
8. On the left side bar of the Dashboard, Click Application then click Apply Preservice.
9. Fill in your KCSE subject scores correctly and click submit.
10. You’ll be redirected to uploads section. You’re required to USE ORIGINAL DOCUMENT upload 4 documents
11. as guided by the system
    • KCSE Certificate or Results Slip(2018 candidates only)
    • Leaving Certificate
    • National ID or Birth Certificate front page
    • National Id or Birth Certificate Back Page
12. You’ll be redirected to My Uploads Page. Here you’ll review your uploads and make changes if need be.
13. Click Submit to Submit your uploads. Once you submit uploads you can no longer be able to change them.
14. Click Next: proceed to make application
15. Select level (Certificate or Diploma) , Select Calendar ,Select Intake and click NEXT.
16. Select course and you will be redirected to choice 2 (Optional)
17. If you want to apply for choice 2, select course and or click skip option to skip choice 2
18. Pay 2,022 to pay bill number 964150 and enter ACCOUNT NUMBER carefully (Find Account number in the
19. dashboard), You will see this after you have logged into your account.
20. You’ll be redirected to My Application Page, where you’ll review your applications. You’re presented with 2
21. option in action column of the table Submit or Reject. Click Submit button to submit application or reject to
22. delete application and restart application. This page can also accessed form Application Submit Application
23. On submission You’ll receive confirmation SMS on your phone number.

APPLICATION GUIDELINES – INSERVICE (UPGRADING AND POST BASIC)

Requirements for creating a new account:
*Read through the advert and check available courses and their entry requirements
a) It is a requirement to have a valid personal email address to apply.

STEPS

1. Visit KMTC Website i.e. www.kmtc.ac.ke
2. Click on application portal on the top right side of the website.
3. If you do not have an account, click Register in the form provided and fill in your details as required
4. then submit. You’ll be redirected into a personal details form which you fill and submit.
5. If you have an account, click Login and enter your email address and password.
6. You will be directed to Dashboard.
7. On the left sidebar of the Dashboard, Click Application then click Apply Inservice.
8. Select level (UPGRADING), Academic Calendar, Intake and click NEXT.
9. Select course and click next.
10. Fill the form as required and click apply course
11. You’ll be redirected to upload section. You’re required to upload 5 documents
    1. Profession Diploma or Certificate of profession Diploma or Certificate
    2. National ID or Birth Certificate front page
    3. National Id or Birth Certificate Back Page
    4. KCSE Certificate
    5. Copy of regulatory body certificate/ License
12. . Pay 2,022 to pay bill number 964150 and enter NATIONAL ID NUMBER/BIRTH CERTIFICATE NO.(The one
13. used when entering your bio data- you can find it by clicking Bio data→ my information) as account number
14. You’ll be redirected to My Application Page, where you’ll review your applications. You’re presented with 2
15. option in action column of the table Submit or Reject. Click Submit button to submit application or reject to delete
16. application and restart application.

18. On submission You’ll receive confirmation message on your phone.

Kenya Medical Training College, KMTC offers courses at the diploma and certificate levels. Prospective students should apply by filling the application forms before the deadline date as it is communicated by the Admissions office. Late applications are only accepted if the program space allows. These should be received not later than two weeks after the start of the appropriate semester; OR not later than a week after the beginning of a session.

Once you submit your form, you must pay the application fee for your form to be processed. Otherwise, it will not be processed.
