Applications are invited from suitably qualified SCHOOL LEAVERS, NON-SCHOOL LEAVERS and SPECIAL CASES.

Application for admission into the Presbyterian University of East Africa is basically online or done manually i.e by post depending on your preference. Kindly follow the instructions clearly stated below to apply.
Step 1: Select your course or programme
PUEA offers different programmes. The University strictly follows the approved admission criteria as set out by the Commission for University Education, Senate and other regulatory bodies.At this stage, a potential student can pick a course he/she is interested in.
Step 2: Check entry requirements
To gain general admission to a Masters, undergraduate, diploma or certificate training at The Presbyterian University of East Africa, you must have successfully completed a recognized secondary education qualification.
Step 3: Check for credit eligibility
If you have post-secondary educational qualifications, you may be entitled to receive credit transfer. Applicants seeking credit should include academic transcripts and curriculum details in their applications.
Step 4: Complete and submit an application form.
If you meet all the above requirements, apply online or download and fill an application for admission form. Attach required documents and send it to our admissions office on admissions@puea.ac.ke or the online portal.
Application documents for Self Sponsored students
In addition, an applicant is required to bring the following:
- Three (3) recent colored passport size photos
- A copy of KCSE result slip
- A copy of your National ID
- Medical form filled by a medical doctor
Application documents for Government Sponsored students
In addition, an applicant is required to bring the following:
- Three (3) recent colored passport size photos
- A copy of KCSE result slip
- A copy of your National ID
- Medical form filled by a medical doctor

Presbyterian University of East Africa, PUEA offers courses at the Undergraduate and postgraduate levels. Prospective students should apply by filling the application forms before the deadline date as it is communicated by the Admissions office. Late applications are only accepted if the program space allows. These should be received not later than two weeks after the start of the appropriate semester; OR not later than a week after the beginning of a session. Once the application is approved, you will receive a letter of admission to Presbyterian University of East Africa, PUEA, informing you that you have been accepted and outlining the procedures that you have to undertake to settle in as a student.
Once you submit your form, you
must pay the application fee for your form to be processed. Otherwise, it will not be processed.
