Entry requirements for an Undergraduate Course
Degree
- A recognised diploma, degree from an accredited institution.
- A C+ and above in the (K.C.S.E) Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education examinations
For students aiming to join the completion path we accept applicants with:
- A recognised Diploma in Counselling Psychology degree from an accredited institution.
Diploma
- For admission to this programme, candidates must have completed secondary education with a minimum grade of C-(minus) in (K.C.S.E) Kenya Secondary Education.
Certificate
- For admission to this programme, candidates must have completed secondary education with a minimum grade of D+ (plus) in (K.C.S.E) Kenya Secondary Education
TANGAZA UNIVERSITY COLLEGE POSTGRADUATE ADMISSION REQUIREMENT
MBA Global Business & Sustainability
- We accept MBA applicants with either:
- A recognised B.A degree from an accredited institution.
- Relevant work experience: 3 or more years working in a role, on a project or with the resources to undertake a viable project. Start-up and entrepreneurship experience strongly preferred.
- Each MBA applicant must have a business idea (start-up or already existing) with social or environmental potential.
Master of Arts in Social Transformation
We accept applicants with either:
- A Masters Degree in Social Transformation from an accredited institution.
- An MBA Degree in Social Entrepreneurship from an accredited institution.
Master in Education (Leadership and Administration)
We accept applicants with :
- A recognised B.A degree in Education from an accredited institution.
Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology
We accept applicants with either:
- A recognized B.A degree in a counselling related field with a first class honors or second class upper division from an accredited university.
- Those with a second class lower division are required to have at least 2 years relevant counselling experience.
- Applicants with any other bachelors degree will be required to take 5 prerequisite courses at undergraduate level or show evidence of at least 5 units in a counselling related field.
Master of Education in Guidance and Counselling
We accept applicants with either:
- A recognized Bachelor of Education with a first class honours or second class upper division from an accredited university.
- Those with a second class honours lower division are required to have at least 2 years relevant work experience.
- Those with any other bachelors degree are required to have a Diploma in Education
PHD in Social Transformation
We accept applicants with either:
- A recognised B.A degree from an accredited institution.
- Relevant work experience: 3 or more years working in a role, on a project or with the resources to undertake a viable project. Start-up and entrepreneurship experience strongly preferred.
