This article contains information on the University of Eldoret, UoE scheduled Issuance of the 7th Graduation Certificates/Transcript for 2019 graduands and how to collect. It also contains the University of Eldoret, UoE list of Certificates and Transcripts.
Upon your graduation, on 29th November 2019, University of Eldoret, UoE confirmed a high number of graduates with both Certificates, Diplomas and Bachelor Degrees from various spectrum of courses offered at UoE. The occasion that was graced by a high number of dignitaries and Excellencies. Of the very many graduates whose transcripts we expected to be ready by SEPTEMBER 2020, graduands are expected to note the transcript/certificate collection dates as stated below.

UOE SCHEDULE FOR ISSUANCE OF CERTIFICATES AND TRANSCRIPTS FOR NOVEMBER 29TH 2019 GRADUATION
It is proposed that the issuing of certificates resumes for the remaining groups as from mid-September 2020 to enable adequate preparations. The table below shows the proposed timelines for each group.

The student will download and print the form with the details of the certificate which will be presented at the gate before being allowed access. If there is an error on the certificate details, the student will be able to make request online for the correction. Those who had submitted the manual certificate collection forms before the closure of the University will have to request via email for a scanned copy to be used as a gate pass.
Steps
- Initiate certificate collection. Student’s need to register on this link. http://support.uoeld.ac.ke/uoe-clearance/cert_collection
Fill in the form and click submit. - Once filled, your request will be sent to the relevant departments. You should then receive a SMS notification within 2 working days on the progress of your request.
- After you receive the SMS notification click on the link http://support.uoeld.ac.ke/uoe-clearance/cert_collection/check.php to check your progress and generate the clearance form/gate pass. If you have any claims, it be indicated, kindly carry the total and pay when you come on the university premises.
- Print the report and sign. Attach your ID/passport copy and don’t forget to carry the originals. You should also come with your university student ID, if you have lost your ID, you will pay at the cash office and attach the receipt.
