How to Apply for UoE Online Application 2023/2024

STEPS ON HOW TO APPLY ONLINE FOR UNIVERSITY OF ELDORET (UOE) ADMISSION      

1. Apply Online    (How to Apply Online at University of Eldoret (UOE))  

• Step 1: Please apply online via the University of Eldoret (UOE) Application Portal if you are enrolling for Undergraduate Program.      
• Step 2: If you are a first time user, kindly download the application form
• Step 3: You will be required to fill in all the necessary information like your Personal Details, Nationality, Address Information, disability information, Study Choices, Residential Address, Postal Address, Contact Details, Demographic Details, Next of Kin, Emergency Contact, Current Activities, Education, Indemnity and Undertaking, make Payment and upload the necessary Documents.      
• Step 4: Complete all the fields and send the form to the email address and P.O box there-in.

2. Acknowledgement of Application      

• You will receive an email confirming online submission of your application immediately.     
• Within three working days, you should receive formal acknowledgment of your application along with your student number and log-in details.     
• Note this acknowledgement does not mean you’ve been accepted or admitted to University of Eldoret (UOE).

LIST OF REQUIRED DOCUMENTS FOR UNIVERSITY OF ELDORET (UOE) ONLINE APPLICATION      

• Your ID if you are a Kenyan citizen   
• Your passport if you are an international student   
• Your guardian/parent’s ID or passport if you are younger than 18 years   
• High School Senior Certificate if you have already matriculated   
• Your academic record, only if you are a current student at another institution of higher learning   

1. Print three (3) copies of application forms;
2. Attach:
   • Certified copy of undergraduate degree certificate
   • Certified copies of transcripts
   • Certified copy of form 4 certificate
   • Certified copy of national ID or passport
   • 3 Passport size photos
3. Print two (2) copies of recommendation forms to be completed by your preferred referees and submitted to the Director Board of Postgraduate Office under confidential cover along-side the application forms;

2. Attach:
   • Certified copy of undergraduate degree certificate
   • Certified copies of transcripts
   • Certified copy of form 4 certificate
   • Certified copy of national ID or passport
   • 3 Passport size photos

   • Certified copies of transcripts both bachelors and masters degrees
   • Certified copy of form 4 certificate or A level certificate
   • Certified copy of National ID or passport
   • 3 Passport size photos
   • Concept Note in the general area of specialization
3. Print two (2) copies of recommendation forms to be completed by your preferred referees and submitted to the Director Board of Postgraduate Office under confidential cover along-side the application forms;
