It is announced for the information of prospective applicants and the general public that the
Centre for Diploma and Pre-degree Programme[CDPD/JUPEB], ABSU is offering the Pre Degree programmes for the 2024/2025 academic year
leading to admission into Undergraduate degree programmes.
Applications are invited from suitably qualified SCHOOL LEAVERS, NON-SCHOOL LEAVERS, and SPECIAL CASES.
ABSU PRE DEGREE APPLICATION PROCEDURE & ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS
Entry Requirements:
- Candidates must possess Ordinary Level, SSCE (WAEC), SSCE (NECO), NABTEB or equivalent with a minimum of five (5) relevant credit passes in subjects which must include English Language for Arts; and English and Mathematics for Sciences and Social Sciences.
- Candidates with deficiencies in their ‘O’ level results will be considered; but such candidates are, however, required to make up for any deficiency before the 2024/2025 admission exercise.

- Kindly visit ABSU Pre-Degree admission Portal to generate invoice
- Proceed to any branch of our designated Banks listed below and pay the sum of N10,000.00 (Ten thousand naira) only:
- ABSU Microfinance Bank,
- Sky Bank Plc,
- Zenith Bank Plc,
- First Bank Plc,
- Eco Bank Plc,
- Fidelity Bank Plc,
- UBA Plc,
- Union Bank Plc.
- Get back to ABSU Portal and complete the Abia State University JUPEB or Pre-Degree/Remedial Studies Application Forms.
- Finally confirm your entry and print a copy of the Form as evidence of your application.
