Aptech Online Application Forms – 2024/2025 Admission

This article contains information on the Aptech Computer Education Uganda application form and Requirements for admission into Professional, ordinary diploma, certificate and short courses for the 2024 academic year.

Applications are invited from suitably qualified SCHOOL LEAVERS, NON SCHOOL LEAVERS and SPECIAL CASES.

APTECH COMPUTER EDUCATION UGANDA ADMISSION APPLICATION GUIDELINES

For any new person interested in joining Aptech, the steps to begin your journey are pretty straight-forward and they include the following:

NB: Each Semester has a six-month duration.

Compulsory Requirements

ICDL will be taught for the first 3 months as a preparatory course for undertaking certificate or diploma courses.

1. Admission fee, which includes an application form and an identity card.
2. The first installment fee is to be paid in dollars at the time of admission.
3. Originals and photocopies of ‘O’ and ‘A’ level pass slips or certifications are to be returned after attestation.
4. Two passport-size photographs for the application form and identity card.

Please note that admission will not be granted unless the requirements are met.

Fees are inclusive of tuition, text books, the exam fee, performance statements and results (at successful completion of each semester), and the final certificate or diploma thereafter.

The check payment must be realised / cleared before the course commencement date.

Aptech Computer Education Uganda offers courses at the diploma level in addition to those offered at the degree level. Prospective students should apply by filling out the application forms before the deadline date, as communicated by the admissions office. Late applications are only accepted if the programme space allows. These should be received not later than two weeks after the start of the appropriate semester or not later than a week after the beginning of a session.

Once you submit your form, you must pay the application fee for your form to be processed. Otherwise, it will not be processed.
