KEST Online Application Forms – 2024/2025 Admission

This article contains information on the Kampala Evangelical School of Theology, the KEST application form, and the requirements for admission into Undergraduate Degree, Diploma Programmes for the 2024 academic year.

Applications are invited from suitably qualified SCHOOL LEAVERS, NON-SCHOOL LEAVERS, and SPECIAL CASES.

• Application forms are available at the KEST Centre. Please make sure that you meet the minimum requirements for the programme you are applying for.
• Fill out the form with the necessary documents attached, as well as the original copy of the application fee.
• The application fee is indicated on the application form.
• The institution’s bank account information is also indicated in the application form.
• No application is valid unless the appropriate application fee has been paid. Application forms can be downloaded below.

Kampala Evangelical School of Theology (KEST offers undergraduate courses at the diploma level besides those offered at the postgraduate degree level. Prospective students should apply by filling out the application forms before the deadline date, as the admissions office communicates it. Late applications are only accepted if the programme space allows. These should be received no later than two weeks after the start of the appropriate semester, or not later than a week after the beginning of a session.

There are two intakes in an academic year. The first semester opens in August, while the second semester opens in February. Please contact us for the specific opening dates of each particular semester.

As soon as the KEST Admissions Office receives and approves all your application documents, you will be notified. This takes between 2 weeks and one month, depending on the complexity of the documents submitted. It is advisable that one apply at least 2 months before the opening of the academic semester.

Once you submit your form, you must pay the application fee for your form to be processed. Otherwise, it will not be processed.

Admission into the KEST programmes is done twice a year, at the beginning of every semester. Applications for the 1st semester should reach the registrar’s office no later than July 1st, and applications for the 2nd semester no later than January 15th.
