We are delighted to present to you the link to Check Out Gulu University, GU direct entry Supplementary Admission list – 2019/2020 Intake which also contains the admission letter as well. The management of the institution has released the names of successful applicants accepted.
This serves to notify the under-listed prospective students that the Office of Academic Registrar, Gulu University has released the Supplementary lists of applicants admitted under the direct entry scheme, as well as Ugandan students with foreign qualifications admitted on private admission for the academic year 2019/2020.
All students admitted under the Diploma, Mature Age and Graduate Entry Schemes 2019/2020 are informed that admission letters are ready.
Please collect your admission letter [in person] from the Assistant Registrar at the Faculty/Institute, Gulu University Main Campus, on working days starting on August 2, 2019 between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., on presentation of the following documents:
- Identity Card from your previous school/National ID.
- A-Level and O-Level result slip, Diploma and/Degree Transcript/Certificate.
Note:
- Admission letters will not be issued to third parties
- You are advised to keep copies of the admission letter in secure place; as there is no provision for a replacement once lost.
