Nestlé South Africa Launches Bursary Competition: Rules, Eligibility and Prizes.
Nestlé South Africa (Pty) Limited has launched a bursary competition that will award two lucky participants the opportunity to study at any South African university. The competition is governed by the following terms and conditions:
Rules for Participation
- The competitions governed by the rules set forth in this document, which are referred to as the “Rules”.
- Participants are encouraged to review the Rules before entering the competition. By entering, they acknowledge that they have been given an appropriate opportunity to review and understand the Rules.
- The competition is operated by Nestlé South Africa (Pty) Limited, also referred to as “Nestlé and/or Promoters”.
- Participation in the competition constitutes acceptance of these Rules, and participants agree to abide by them.
Eligibility
The competition is open to legal residents and/or legal citizens of the Republic of South Africa. However, the following people are not eligible to participate:
- Directors, members, partners, promotional and advertising agents, merchandisers, employees or consultants of the Promoters.
- Spouse, life partner, parent, child, brother, sister, business partner, or associate of any of the persons specified above.
- People who are not legal residents and/or legal citizens of the Republic of South Africa.
- Persons over the age of 25 years.
Application Process for the Competition
To participate in the competition, participants must:
- Record a one-minute video of themselves explaining why they should be awarded the bursary.
- Share the video on Facebook or Twitter, tag the Nestlé ESAR page @NestleESAR, and use the hashtag #NestléneedsYOUth.
- Ensure that their entry is visible to the promoter by having a public profile on the social media channel chosen to participate.
- Complete the competition entry once over the Promotional Period. Only one prize per household and per number/person will be permitted.
Prizes
- Participants in this competition stand a chance to win one of two bursaries to study at any South African university. The bursaries are valid only in South Africa.
Application Timeline
- The competition will run from 20 February 2023 at 00:00:01 am to 28 February 2023 at 23:59:59 pm. No entries received after 28 February 2023 at 23:59:59 pm will be considered.
