General Entry Requirements for Degree Programmes
National senior certificate with minimum Bachelor’s Degree admission or relevant NQF4 qualification or equivalent; ‘A’ or ‘O’ level certificates. Applicants who do not meet the minimum requirements for admission to the respective undergraduate programmeme but have appropriate work experience may apply for Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) as a form of alternative admission to the programmeme. Admissions via the RPL route are based on candidate’s prior studies, age, work experience, and management experience. All admissions are subject to the approval of the RBS Selection Committee.Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting Entry Requirements
The minimum entrance requirement for admission to the Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) programme is an E symbol in Mathematics, together with Bachelor’s Degree endorsement. Applicants who do not meet the minimum requirements for admission to the respective undergraduate programmeme but have appropriate work experience may apply for Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) as a form of alternative admission to the programmeme. - A National Senior Certificate with a minimum Higher Certificate admission or a relevant NQF4 Qualification or Equivalent

HONOURS ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
- A Bachelor of Commerce Degree or equivalent qualification.
POSTGRADUATE DIPLOMA ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
- An appropriate Bachelor’s degree, advanced diploma, or equivalent qualification, and
- Two years of work experience.
MASTERS ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
The level of attainment required for entry into this programme is:- an appropriate Honours Degree or equivalent qualification;
- an appropriate Postgraduate Diploma or equivalent qualification;
- a professional Bachelor’s degree at NQF level 8 (480 credits)
- be 25 years of age or older and
- have at least three years of working experience
