This article contains information on the Ambassador International University (AIU) Zambia Application Form and requirements for admission into Undergraduate Degree and Diploma Programmes and Postgraduate Programmes for the 2026/2027 academic year. Application for admission into Ambassador International University is available both online and offline, depending on your preference. Kindly follow the instructions clearly stated below to apply.

Residential Student Admission Guidance

AIU has an open-admissions policy; discrimination is not permitted against any student on the basis of race, colour, national or ethnic origin, or age.

Resident students attend AIU tuition FREE. However, all students must complete a work scholarship application. Students must complete secondary school and provide a copy of their Grade 12 transcript and all other required documents to the Admissions Committee.

An interview with the Admissions Committee will be scheduled as enrolment openings become available. During the interview, the Committee will ascertain that the applicant meets all qualifications for admission as a resident student, which include the following:

• The resident student must be a professing Christian.
• The resident student must affirm their belief in the entire doctrinal statement of AIU by affixing their signature to the student application.
• The resident student should be single (exceptions are allowed in certain circumstances). The student’s parents or guardian must verify in writing that the student has never been married and has no children.
• The resident student must be able to read, write, and speak the English language well. A test is given to each candidate to validate English proficiency.

Distance Learning Admission Guidance

AIU has an open-admissions policy; discrimination is not permitted against any student on the basis of race, colour, national or ethnic origin, or age.

Distance learning students must complete high school and provide a copy of their high school certificate/transcript and all other required documents to the Admissions Committee. The Admissions Committee will evaluate the application to ensure that the applicant meets all qualifications for admission, which include the following:

• The applicant must have a high school certificate.
• The student must be a professing Christian.
• The student must affirm their belief in the entire doctrinal statement of AIU by affixing their signature to the student application.
• The student must be able to read, write, and speak the English language proficiently.

Online Application Procedure

Before you begin the application process, ensure you have the following documents ready:

Required Documents to Attach at the Time of Submission

• A copy of the prospective student’s high school certificate/transcript verifying their graduation and grades.
• A copy of the prospective student’s government identification card or passport (photograph page). A birth certificate may be considered if a national ID or passport copy is not available.
• Where applicable, copies of degrees or diplomas and their transcripts obtained from other recognised institutions that can be considered for credit transfer.
• A letter of recommendation from their pastor or another leader in their church (optional).

Enrolment Application Fee

Payment is to be done after you have submitted the application to the admissions department. In order for your application to be reviewed, payment of the fee must have been received.

AIU Zambia Online Application Requirements

1. Complete your personal details.
2. Upload your High School Qualifications (all documents combined in one PDF).
3. Upload a copy of your national ID card (scanned in PDF).
4. Choose a programme of your choice.

Prospective students should apply by completing the application forms before the deadline date as communicated by the Admissions Office. Late applications are only accepted if programme space allows and must be received no later than two weeks after the start of the appropriate semester, or no later than one week after the beginning of a session.
