This article gives a reminder on the Examinations Council of Zambia (ECZ) Teacher Education registration fees structure for the 2022 examination.

This is to inform all the prospective Teacher Education candidates seeking to sit for the 2022 ECZ examination that the management of the examination body has released the amount they are required to pay as registration and administrative fee.

We specifically publish this information here today, for all people who need to know the current Teacher Education exam registration and administrative fees of the 2022 examination.

Please note that if you have applied for any of the 2021 ECZ examination or if you are already a candidate, it is advised that you know the current fees for all prospective candidates, and this knowledge will help you, avoiding making mistakes that will cost you your examination slot and result.

EZC TEACHER EDUCATION EXAM REGISTRATION AND ADMINISTRATIVE FEES – 2022

Applicants are required to take note of the application deadline below:

The scale of examination fees payable by College Examination candidates for the year 2021 examinations is as follows:
  • Entry fee K60.00 per candidate
  • Subject fee K100.00 per subject

Guidelines for Depositing of Examination Fees by Candidates:

  • The Examination Centre will formally authorise the candidate to proceed to the Bank and deposit the appropriate fees by providing the Examinations Council of Zambia Bank Account details and the Centre Code.
  • When depositing, candidates are required to indicate their full names, Centre Name and Centre Code on the deposit slip.
  •  The Bank will issue a deposit slip to the candidate. The Candidates should be requested to go back to the Examination Centre after depositing the money.
  • A candidate will present the Bank deposit slip to the Centre after depositing the fee.
  • The College will then issue a candidate with an ECZ Receipt using the date when a deposit slip is presented to the Centre.
  •  The College should then retain the bank deposit slip presented by the candidate and NOT give back the deposit slip to the candidate.
  • Do Not Send the Deposit Slips to ECZ.
  • The College will then register the candidate.
