Kessen College (KC) vClass eLearning Portal – How to Access

This article contains information on how to gain access to the Kessen College (KC) vClass eLearning Portal also known as E-Learning Management System (LMS).

Students of the Kessen College (KC) are hereby informed that the Online Learning Management System, a platform to ensure continuous contact between students and their Lecturers, is fully operational now.

Students are therefore expected to log in and access their academic materials and also contact their Lecturers, as academic work is expected to continue via this platform.

The Kessen College (KC) seeks to improve learning processes for its student. Therefore, it is pleased to announce the adoption of a Learning Management System (LMS), that would make it easy for students to attend classes online, get lecture notes and submit assignments anywhere and anytime.

STEPS ON HOW TO ACCESS AND ENROL FOR THE KC E-LEARNING MANAGEMENT SYSTEM. 

The following is a guide on how to enrol in the LMS.

1. Visit the KC main website and click on KC LMS.
2. Enter your index number as your Username. Use the same index number as your password. N/B: Do Not Use your Applicant ID as the password!
3. You will be required to change your password after the first login.
   Follow the instructions and set the appropriate password.
   Save The Changes.
4. Click on Continue

Enrolling Your Courses:

1. On the top right-hand side corner, search for the course using either the course code or course title. Click on the course when it appears as part of the result set.
2. Some courses might require an enrollment key to be given by the Lecturer. If the course requires an enrollment key, find out from your lecturer. Enter the enrollment key and click on ENROLL ME to join the course. If your course does not require an enrollment key, clicking on the course will add you.

STEPS ON HOW TO ACCESS AND ENROL FOR THE KC VCLASS SYSTEM. 

1. Open your internet browser e.g. Internet Explorer, Chrome, Firefox, etc.
2. Go to KC vClass Portal
3. To access your lessons, kindly log in your username and your registration document number as password 
4. Once logged in, scroll down the page to Course Categories. Select your School
5. Select your course or check for your course in your department.
6. You will then see the content for your course.
