Kessben College (KC) vClass eLearning Portal Guide 2026

This article contains information on how to gain access to the Kessben University College (KC) vClass and eLearning Portals, also known as the E-Learning Management System (LMS), for the 2026 academic year.

Students of Kessben University College (KC) are informed that the Online Learning Management System — a platform to ensure continuous contact between students and their lecturers — is fully operational. Students are expected to log in, access their academic materials, and contact their lecturers, as academic work continues through this platform.

Kessben University College provides two separate but connected portals for its students:

• vClass Portal — the central virtual academic space for online services, research, and general study materials. Access it at: https://vclass.kc.edu.gh
• eLearning Portal — the primary Learning Management System (LMS) used for course content, assignments, grades, and interactive learning. Access it at: https://elearning.kc.edu.gh

Both portals are linked from the official KC website at kc.edu.gh, which is the central source for all student resources.

STEPS ON HOW TO ACCESS AND ENROL FOR THE KC E-LEARNING MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

The following is a guide on how to access and enrol in the KC eLearning LMS for 2026.

1. Open a modern web browser such as Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, or Microsoft Edge. Internet Explorer is no longer supported and should not be used.
2. Go directly to the official KC eLearning portal: https://elearning.kc.edu.gh. You can also access it from the main university website at kc.edu.gh.
3. Enter your student credentials to log in. Use your index number as your username and your index number as your initial password. Note: Do not use your Applicant ID as the password.
4. After your first login, you will be prompted to change your password. Follow the on-screen instructions and set a strong password. Save the changes before continuing.
5. Click Continue to proceed to your dashboard.

Enrolling in Your Courses:

1. On the top right-hand side of the screen, use the search bar to find your course by either the course code or course title. Click on the course when it appears in the results.
2. Some courses require an enrollment key provided by the lecturer. If your course requires one, ask your lecturer for the key, enter it when prompted, and click ENROL ME to join. If no enrollment key is required, clicking on the course will add you automatically.

STEPS ON HOW TO ACCESS AND ENROL FOR THE KC VCLASS SYSTEM

1. Open a modern web browser such as Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, or Microsoft Edge.
2. Go to the official KC vClass portal: https://vclass.kc.edu.gh
3. Log in using your assigned student username and your registration document number as your password.
4. Once logged in, scroll down the page to Course Categories and select your School.
5. Select your course or search for it by department.
6. You will then see the content available for your course.

All registered KC students have access to both portals. If you experience any issues logging in, follow the troubleshooting steps below before contacting support.

TROUBLESHOOTING AND SUPPORT

If you are unable to log in or access your courses, follow these steps:

1. Check your connection and browser: Make sure your internet connection is stable. Try a different browser (Chrome or Firefox recommended). Clear your browser cache if needed.
2. Check for announcements: Before assuming your issue is unique, check the official KC social media pages for any service disruption or maintenance notices:

3. Forgotten password: Use the “Forgot Password” link on the login page if available. If that does not work, contact the Registrar.
