We are happy to present to you the Co-operative University of Kenya, CUK 5th Graduation List – December 2020. The Vice-Chancellor on behalf of the University Council, Management Board and Senate has released the names of successful graduands.

CO-OPERATIVE UNIVERSITY OF KENYA 4TH GRADUATION LIST FOR DECEMBER 2020
The Co-operative University of Kenya (CUK) hereby announces its 5th Graduation Ceremony to be held virtually on Friday, December 4, 2020, starting at 8.30 a.m. All candidates who have fulfilled the requirements for the award of various Certificates, Diplomas, and the conferment of Degrees during the 2022/2023 academic year are invited to participate. . Graduands are advised to check below for the full list of graduands.
The graduation ceremony will be presided over by the University Chancellor and other councils who will award Diplomas and Certificates and confer Degrees.

The results of the examinations are available from the offices of the respective Deans of Faculties/Schools during working hours.
Clearance & Fees
APPLICATION FOR GRADUATION
Graduands are required to apply for the 2020 Graduation online through the CUK Students Portal as per the instructions and guidelines that have been availed on the University website ww.cuk.ac.ke/graduation before Friday, November 20, 2020.
CLEARING OF FEES BALANCES
Graduands are required to clear all applicable fees before applying for graduation. Anyone with fee arrears will therefore be excluded from the graduation list.
GRADUATION FEES
The graduation fees are as indicated in the table below:

All graduation fees payments must be made before Friday, November 20, 2020, through Co-operative Bank, Acc. /No. 01129062663600 Karen branch. Failure to pay for graduation fees will lead to exclusion from the graduation list.
List of Graduands
The list will be posted as soon as it is approved. Continuously keep on confirming with your Department if you have met the Graduation requirements.
Any potential graduand whose name is not on the list is expected to visit his/her School immediately.
Verification Of Academic Records And Order Of Names
All students who completed their studies in the 2022/2023 Academic Year and those who completed in previous academic years are advised to confirm their graduation status at their respective schools by Monday, November 16, 2020.
Graduation Attire
Graduation gowns will be available for hire upon presentation of the original National Identity card and hiring of gowns form that can be downloaded from the university website. Gowns will be collected from the Housekeeping Section at Main Campus (Karen, Nairobi) starting from Monday, November 30, 2020, to Wednesday, December 9, 2020, and be returned by Friday, December 11, 2020. Failure to return the gown by the stated date will attract a penalty of KES. 500 per day.
Rehearsals
Since graduation will be virtual, there will be no rehearsal. The graduation ceremony will be broadcasted live on our official YouTube Channel (The Co-operative University of Kenya), our official social media pages, and via the Zoom webinar platform.
Punctuality and invitation Card
Graduands shall NOT be allowed into the graduation venue. However, invitation cards shall be issued to the few and officiating personnel. Those without graduation invitation cards shall not be allowed into the graduation venue. For graduands who will be interested in possessing graduation cards for posterity, e-cards will be available.
The few guests to grace the occasion will be required to be seated by 8.00 a.m. Those who will be late will not be allowed into the graduation venue.
