We are pleased to announce that the Thika Technical Training Institute Graduation list and date for 2024 are now out.
Thika Technical Training Institute extends a cordial invitation to all students who qualified for the award of Diplomas, Craft, and Artisan Certificates during the 2023/2024 academic year to the 9th graduation ceremony.
THIKA TECHNICAL TRAINING INSTITUTE GRADUATION LIST AND DATE
The graduation ceremony will take place at the Institute grounds on March 23, 2024, starting at 8:00 am. The Chief Guest will be Dr. Esther Thaara Murioria, Ph.D.
Graduation Requirements
To participate in the graduation ceremony, graduates must:
- Confirm the accuracy of their names in the graduation list.
- Clear any outstanding fee arrears and other dues to the institution.
- Pay a non-refundable graduation fee of Ksh. 2500 no later than 15th March 2024.
How to Check your Graduation List
Graduates are advised to verify the spelling of their names in the graduation lists available on the notice website (www.thikatechnical.ac.ke) and rectify any discrepancies before March 1, 2024.
Graduation Attires
Graduation gowns will be available for issue from Wednesday, March 13th, 2024, to Thursday, March 21st, 2024. Graduates must ensure they have collected their academic attire within this period.
Graduation and Clearance Fees
A mandatory clearance process must be completed, which involves:
- Clearing all dues.
- Paying the graduation and clearance fees.
Rehearsal
A compulsory rehearsal will be held at the graduation venue on March 22, 2024, at 11:30 AM. Graduands must participate in the rehearsal to be allowed to graduate.
Graduands are reminded that the gown must be returned by Tuesday, 2nd April 2024, to avoid a penalty fee. All proceedings and graduands will be expected to have taken their seats by 8:00 AM on the day of the graduation.
