Masinde Muliro University of Science and Technology (MMUST) has issued an official notice for the collection of certificates by its graduates. This notice provides critical information regarding the schedule and requirements for graduates to collect their certificates.

- The certificates for the 2023 graduates from the School of Engineering and Built Environment, School of Public Health, Biomedical Sciences and Technology, and School of Medicine will be issued from the 19th to the 29th of March, 2024.
- Specific collection dates are assigned to different schools within the university.
- Graduates of previous graduations (1st to 19th) and SEDU (20th) are advised to collect their certificates strictly on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Requirements for Collection:
- Graduates must collect their certificates in person, presenting their original National Identity card or Passport, the original University Clearance Form, and the University Gown Return Form.
- This is applicable only to graduates who have cleared fees and have filled out the Application for Graduation Forms.
- MMUST does not replace lost certificates.
- A penalty fee is imposed for certificates collected beyond one year after graduation.
