Students eligible to appeal should meet the following criteria:

  • They feel that the funding they received is insufficient for their needs.

Appeal Procedure

To submit an appeal, students should follow the steps outlined below:

  1. Log in to the HEF Portal: Begin the process by logging into the portal provided by the Higher Education Financing Board.
  2. Navigate to the Funds Appeal: Once logged in, locate and navigate to the Funds Appeal section under the HELB Menu.
  3. Fill out the application form. Complete the application form with all the required details. Be prepared to attach any necessary documents that can support your appeal.
  4. Save and Submit: After filling out the form and attaching your documents, save the details and submit your appeal. Once submitted, await the response to your request.
