HOW TO LOG IN TO YOUR KUCCPS STUDENT REGISTRATION PORTAL
1. Access the KUCCPS Student Portal:
- Open your browser and visit students.kuccps.net.
2. Enter Login Credentials:
On the login page (as shown in the screenshot), fill in the following fields:
- KCSE INDEX NUMBER: Enter your KCSE exam index number (e.g.,
12345678912). - KCSE YEAR: Input the 4-digit year you sat for KCSE (e.g.,
2023, not23). - PASSWORD:
- Initial Password: Use either:
- Your Birth Certificate Number, OR
- Your KCFE Index Number (the one used during KCSE registration).
- Initial Password: Use either:
3. Log In:
- Click the LOG IN button to proceed.
4. First-Time Users:
- If this is your first login, use the initial password as described above.
- After logging in, reset your password immediately for security.
5. Troubleshooting & Tips:
Formatting Errors:
- Ensure your KCSE Year is entered as a 4-digit number (e.g.,
2025). - Double-check your KCSE Index Number for typos (e.g.,
12345678912).

HOW TO RETRIEVE YOUR LOST KUCCPS STUDENT LOGIN PASSWORD
In case you forgot your password, Visit the link https://institutions.kuccps.net/reset/ to reset, insert your registered username and a new password will be sent to your email with a link to put your new password OR Visit your nearest support centers or contact the customer care agents via the following lines: 0723954927 , 0734879662 & request them to reset your password.
