STEPS ON HOW TO APPLY ONLINE FOR CO-OPERATIVE UNIVERSITY OF KENYA (CUK) ADMISSION      

To use the Co-operative University of Kenya (CUK) online application feature, you CUK have a working internet device, a valid email address which is not shared with another Co-operative University of Kenya (CUK) applicant, your Kenyan identity number, or, if you are an international applicant, and your passport number. Kindly follow the easy steps below to apply online for Co-operative University of Kenya (CUK) admission:

  1. Ensure you have met the eligibility criteria for the selected program.
  2. Ensure you have scanned Academic Transcripts, Certificates and a clear passport photo.
  3. Ensure you have scanned identification documents, either a National Identification Card, Passport or birth certificate.
  4. Kindly note that for all applicants with foreign certificates, you require equation/validation from Kenya National Qualifications Authority (KNQA) which can be obtained from the portal https://rev.knqa.go.ke/or forward your academic certificates to KNQA for validation and equation through the email for KNQA: rev@knqa.go.ke and ke@gmail.com

  6. Fill in the Application Form
  1. Make payment either directly to the bank or via M-PESA through bank deposit at any Co-operative Bank of Kenya Account No. 01129062663600 (Karen Branch, Nairobi) or through M-Pesa Paybill no. 400222A/C no. 723#ID Number.”
  2. Duly filled forms should be scanned and emailed to admissions@cuk.ac.kewith proof of payment of a non-refundable fee of KES. 500/= for         Diploma/Certificates programmes; KES. 1,500/= for Degree programmes; KES. 2,000/= for Master’s Degree Programs and KES. 3000 for PhD     Programmes or send to the following address:

Box 24814-00502, Karen For further enquiries, please reach us through, 0724 31106 or 020-2430127 NB: The University does not accept cash payments and personal cheques, therefore, all payments to the institution shall be payable through any of the following means:
  • Deposit at any branch of Co-operative bank A/C 01129062663600 Karen branch;
  • M-Pesa Paybill no. 400222 A/C no. 723#admission number;
  • Bankers cheque to be presented to the University’s Cash Office;
  • Cheques from CDF, County funds and other sponsorsto be presented to the University’s Cash Office accompanied by a forwarding letter from the organization.

2. Acknowledgement of Application      

  • You will receive an email confirming online submission of your application immediately.     
  • Within three working days, you should receive formal acknowledgment of your application along with your student number and log-in details.     
  • Note this acknowledgement does not mean you’ve been accepted or admitted to Co-operative University of Kenya (CUK).

3. Upload Supporting Documents      

In order to consider your application, please upload every necessary supporting documents listed below on this article. If the application is incomplete, it may be declined by the college.    

4. Acceptance of Offer      

When we update your application, you will receive an email communication. Please monitor your email account closely for updates. You can also check your status online with the log-in credentials that we will send you after you apply. We are not permitted to disclose your application status telephonically.     

LIST OF REQUIRED DOCUMENTS FOR CO-OPERATIVE UNIVERSITY OF KENYA (CUK) ONLINE APPLICATION

  • Your ID if you are a Kenyan citizen   
  • Your passport if you are an international student   
  • Your guardian/parent’s ID or passport if you are younger than 18 years
