Application for the GLUK Youth Entrepreneurship Scholarship Fund – 2020/2021 is now open by the Great Lakes University of Kisumu, GLUK for all outstanding & needy Students in Kenya.
The GLUK’s Youth Entrepreneurship Scholarship Fund’s primary objective is to provide an opportunity for young entrepreneurs to combine hands-on technical skills with the theoretical and academic that will allow for the strategic growth of their small businesses in to sustainable enterprises.
The Scholarships are one of the most prestigious scholarships in Kenya. The aim of the program is to create a global network of future leaders committed to improving the lives of others.
GLUK YOUTH ENTREPRENEURSHIP SCHOLARSHIP FUND ELIGIBILITY
Scholars are selected on the following criteria:
- Be enrolled into a full time entrepreneurship programme at Great Lakes University of Kisumu.
- Have a genuine and dire need for Financial Assistance.
- Be a full time student during any Semester in which assistance is received.
- At least two years in Manufacturing or Production Business.
- Minimum Mean Grade of D (Plain)
- Must have a passion for entrepreneurship development
