Gretsa University Students Online Registration: 2024/2025

• Download the attached Course Registration Form and complete it as
• Go to the Academic Schools tab on the university website >click on your academic school then > click on your enrolled academic A programme brochure will open. Identify the course codes and titles under the semester you are required to register for.
• Complete the Course Registration Form with your details as required including the correct course codes and titles as identified above_ Save the duly completed registration form and email it as an attachment to the Student Support Services via the given email i.e. gretsahelpdesk@ com
• Pay at least 70% of the applicable academic programme total semester tuition and administrative fees (excluding medical fee for fulltime students, which you may nevertheless be required to proportionately pay for months remaining to end of the semester in the event universities are allowed to reopen for on-campus face to face learning before end of October 2020 to allow you access the medical facility) depending on your mode of study and sponsorship category _ Payments should be to the University M-Pesa Paybill 195079 and put account as your registration/admission number. You may also pay the applicable fee to the University Bank Ale Number 0180290365510, Equity Bank, Thika Supreme Center Branch and present the bank deposit slips to the University for receipting_ The University does not accept any cash payment or personal cheques.

Balance fees should be paid within the expiry of one month or the normal surcharge for late fees payment shall apply. The purely practical courses in the Schools of Hospitality and Tourism Management as well as school of Computing and Informatics will be offered next semester if universities will have been permitted by the Government to re-admit students on campus by then. However, the Academic schools are making arrangements on how some of the practical courses can be taught remotely and your Head of School will advise you as appropriate. Research Project I and II as well as Entrepreneurship Project courses in all schools should be registered for as assigned supervisors will offer guidance to students via virtual classes, emails and phone calls_

• Upon the University’s receipt of your duly completed course registration form and requisite fee payment, your registration status for the semester will be formalized and you will be eligible to attend registered virtual classes offered within the timings indicated on the respective schools Teaching Timetables for the September-December 2020 semester downloadable from the University website_
