The following are the KEMU Undergraduate programmes and their respective tuition fees:

- School of Business and Economics – Ksh. 21,000
- School of Education and Social Science – Ksh. 15,000
Diploma programme Fee Structure
- School of Science and Technology – ranging from Ksh. 50,000 to Ksh. 68,0000
- School of Business and Economics – ranging from Ksh. 50,000 to Ksh. 60,000
- School of Education and Social Science – ranging from Ksh. 50,000 to Ksh. 70,000
- School of Medicine and Health Sciences – ranging from Ksh. 70,000 to Ksh.101,000
Bchelor programme Fee Structure
- School of Science and Technology – ranging from Ksh. 86,000 to Ksh. 120,000
- School of Business and Economics – ranging from Ksh. 86,000 to Ksh. 120,000
- School of Education and Social Science – ranging from Ksh. 86,000 to Ksh. 120,000
- School of Medicine and Health Sciences – ranging from Ksh. 90,000 to Ksh. 515,000
N.B. The KEMU fee structure is always under review every session upon collection of admission letter IF admitted.
