The Kenyatta University has opened the online application system for inter-School transfer applications. The application is open for Kenyatta University first year students who have been successfully placed in various schools but wish to transfer to other schools.

KENYATTA UNIVERSITY INTER-SCHOOL TRANSFER APPLICATION PROCEDURE – 2022/2023

Applicants should note the following.

1. All applications for inter-school transfers MUST be submitted online through the Application Portal (https://transfer.ku.ac.ke). The entire process is automated and printing the filled application form will no longer be necessary.
2. Detailed guidelines for the application are available on the portal.
3. The Inter/Intra School Transfer applications portal has been opened.
4. A student wishing to transfer to a different programme, should log in to the KUCCPS portal and confirm whether they meet the CUT OFF Points for the preferred programme.
5. Qualified students are required to apply for transfer online by filling in the Inter/Intra School Transfer form and attaching the scanned copy of their Results slip.
6. Students who wish to apply for transfer to more than one programme are required to fill in a separate application for each programme.
7. Students who joined Kenyatta University through inter-university transfer should provide their KUCCPS portal log in details.
8. The Results of Inter/Intra School Transfers will be posted on the KU website within five (5) working days from the closing date.

Note: All Inter/Intra School Transfer applications must be submitted online – HARD COPIES will not be accepted.
