Upon your graduation, On 25th February 2021, Technical University of Mombasa confirmed a high number of graduates with both Certificates, Diplomas and Bachelor Degrees from various spectrum of courses offered at Technical University of Mombasa, TUM. The occasion that was graced by high number of dignitaries and Excellencies. Of the very many graduates whose transcripts we expected to be ready by 22nd March 2021, graduands are expected to note the transcript/certificate collection dates as stated below.

We are pleased to inform all students who graduated in 2020 that their graduation certificates and transcripts are ready for collection.

The following documents will be required during the collection of the certificates and transcripts:
- Copies of Student Clearance Form
- Graduation Attire Form
- Student ID Card
- National ID Card
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
The names on the Degree certificate will appear as they are in the National ID/Passport in the order of First name, Middle name and Surname. While collecting certificates, graduates must ensure that their names are correctly spelt.
Certificates must be safely kept Duplicates are never issued.
CERTIFICATION
- Each graduate is entitled to one set (transcript and certificate) of certified copies on the day of collection.
