Upon your graduation, On 20th December 2019, University of Nairobi, UoN confirmed a high number of graduates with both Certificates, Diplomas and Bachelor Degrees from various spectrum of courses offered at UON. The occasion that was graced by high number of dignitaries and Excellencies. Of the very many graduates whose transcripts we expected to be ready by February 10, 2020, graduands are expected to note the transcript/certificate collection dates as stated below.

UNIVERSITY OF NAIROBI, UON 62ND GRADUATION SCHEDULE OF PRINTED CERTIFICATE/TRANSCRIPT COLLECTION

All Graduates of the 62nd Congregation for the conferment of degrees and award of diplomas held on December 20, 2019 are requested to collect their certificates from the University of Nairobi Central Examinations Centre, Chiromo Campus starting from Monday February 10, 2020 to Friday April 3, 2020 in the following order:

The following will be required before collection of the certificates:
  • Original National Identity Card (ID card)/Passport.
  • Original graduand’s clearance form (academic dress collection form).

Certificates should be collected by Friday, April 3, 2020.  Any certificate not collected by this date will be liable to a storage charge of Kshs. 1,000/= per year or part thereof.   For avoidance of doubt, any part of a year after the expiry of the collection date shall attract a storage charge of Kshs. 1,000/=.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

The names on the Degree certificate will appear as they are in the National ID/Passport in the order of First name, Middle name and Surname. While collecting certificates, graduates must ensure that their names are correctly spelt.

Certificates must be safely kept Duplicates are never issued.

CERTIFICATION

  • Each graduate is entitled to one set (transcript and certificate) of certified copies on the day of collection.
