UNIVERSITY OF NIGERIA ADMISSION GUIDELINES AND FORMS
Application to UNN for Gaining admission into an Undergraduate Programme in Covenant University is basically under 2 entry method which includes the UTME entry and the Direct Entry. Prospective students of UNN are to obtain the JAMB Forms, choose University of Nigeria and sit for the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) of the Board as prescribed in the relevant advertisement for the 2024/2025 admission exercise. Also, applicants must complete the online Covenant University Application Forms. Please use the Application Requirements checklist section below to prepare your application for submission.
UNN Post UTME/DE Online Application Procedure
- Log on to UNN admission portal through the link as stated below.
- Click Prospective Students
- Select Online Application Form for 2024/2025 Admission Screening Exercise
- Enter JAMB Registration Number
- Generate Invoice
- Proceed to bank for Payment or pay using your ATM Card
- Return to Portal
- Re-enter JAMB Registration Number
- Complete Date of Birth and all other blank fields
- Enter O-Level Subjects and Grades (also provide your Centre and Examination Number)
- Re-enter your grades correctly
- Upload Certificates (ensure that their sizes are not above 100KB) and click the NEXT button
- Review the Summary page and check that all details entered are correct
- Check the CONFIRMATION BOX below
- Click SUBMIT
- Print acknowledgement Slip.
UPLOAD SUPPORTING DOCUMENTATION
Everyone applying for a new qualification must submit the required documents (all first-time applicants and UNN students starting a new qualification). The due date for uploading the required documents is the closing date for applications. No documents submitted after the closing date for applications will be accepted.
UNN does not provide scanners or electronic devices. Please ensure that your documents are scanned and uploaded to an electronic device before starting the application process.
UNIVERSITY OF NIGERIA APPLICATION FEE
Prospective candidates should pay a non refundable application fee of N 2,000.00 (Two thousand Naira only) through Remita Platform at any Commercial Bank.
This fee is non-refundable even if you decide not to study through UNN, do not qualify for admission to UNN or cannot be offered a space due to limited spaces available. UNN does not accept cash at any of its offices.
The due date for the application fee is the closing date for the application period. Any application submitted without an application fee paid on time will not be processed. Please ensure that you keep a copy of your proof of payment.
Make sure that your application is complete
If your application for admission to study through NUL is incomplete, you will have to re-apply during the next application period.
