The management of the Bishop Stuart University (BSU) has opened the student registration portal for fresh and continuing students to register their courses for the semester both at the diploma and the certificate level. Specific dates and deadlines have been set for the registration as well as the closure of the registration portal. It is advisable to register early inorder not to lose your studentship at BISHOP STUART UNIVERSITY (BSU) as late registration would not be permitted.
The registration deadline or closing date is always a registration submission timeline that is set by the institution for registering courses and modules for the semester. South African schools (Universities and colleges) usually have their submission deadline within 2 weeks to 1 month after the student registration portal is opened.
Therefore, it is expected for all BISHOP STUART UNIVERSITY (BSU) students (both new and old) to meet the stated registration timeline as stated below to be on the safe side.

You are informed that system registration for freshers will begin today 18th February 2023 and end on 2nd June 2021,
Procedure:
- Enroll yourself on the system for 2024 academic year by visiting students.bsu.ac.ug and follow the procedures. After enrolling,
- approach academic registrar’s office (either admissions front desk, examination room or assistant registrar’s offices) with your temporary registration card for system registration
- Note: inorder not to get a surcharge of late registration, these needs to be done by 9th March 2021.
- Come ready to take a passport photograph that will be used on your identity card and academic papers.
