We are happy to present to you the Law Development Centre, LDC 48th Graduation List – 2021. The Vice-Chancellor on behalf of the University Council, Management Board and Senate has released the names of successful graduands.
Therefore all successful graduands can check their names below or on the university website.
LAW DEVELOPMENT CENTRE (LDC) 48TH GRADUATION LIST FOR 2021
The Academic Registrar, LDC informs candidates who successfully completed the courses listed below that the 48th Graduation Ceremony will be held on 11th June 2021 at 10:00 a.m at the Law Development Centre, Kampala.
- Post Graduate Bar Course, 2019/2020 academic year and previous years,
- Diploma in Law Course (Day and Evening), 2019/2020 academic year and previous years,
- Diploma in Human Rights, 2019/2020 academic year and previous years.
Graduands are advised to check below for the full list of graduands. The graduation ceremony will be presided over by the University Chancellor and other councils who will award Diplomas and Certificates and confer Degrees.

Examination Results
The list of Graduands is displayed on the LDC Notice Board at the main campus.
The results of the examinations are available from the offices of the respective Deans of Faculties/Schools during working hours.
Fees & Clearance
Every Graduand will be required to pay a graduation fee of shs. 400,000. The fee is inclusive of graduation (200,000/=), the diploma Certificate (100,000) and transcript (100,000/=). The fees should have been paid by 8th June 2021. Each Graduand should collect an invitation card for two guests from the office of the Academic Registrar. Only graduands cleared by the Accounts office will be allowed to register for graduation.
List of Graduands
The list will be posted as soon as it is approved. Continuously keep on confirming with your Department if you have met the Graduation requirements.
Any potential graduand whose name is not on the list is expected to visit his/her School immediately.
Graduation Gowns
Graduands on the Post Graduate Bar Course will be required to wear full professional attire, that is, a suit, white shirt or blouse, wing collar, flaps and a Lawyer’s gown. Diploma Graduands will be required to wear black gowns.
Verification Of Academic Records And Order Of Names
Graduands must ensure that all courses taken in their program of study have been graded and passed and that there are no missing courses or grades.
Punctuality and invitation Card
Graduands must take seats by 8.00 am and but guest are to watch from home since it will be made virtual on all social media platforms.
