We are happy to present to you the Mbarara University of Science and Technology (MUST) 28th Graduation List – May 2022. The Vice-Chancellor on behalf of the University Council, Management Board and Senate has released the names of successful graduands.

MBARARA UNIVERSITY (MUST) 28TH GRADUATION LIST FOR MAY 2022
Mbarara University of Science and Technology will hold its 28th Graduation Ceremony on 28th May 2022 starting by 8.00 a.m at Kihumuro Campus Graduation Grounds. In person attendance will be by invitation only.
The information regarding preparations for the ceremony is detailed below:
Examination Results
The results of the examinations are available from the offices of the respective Deans of Faculties/Schools during working hours.
List of Graduands.
Verification Of Academic Records And Order Of Names
Ensure that your names are correctly spelt and are in the right order and spelling as they will appear on the Certificate and Official Transcripts (as per your National ID or Passport). Kindly liaise with your Department for confirmation.
Rehearsal
Graduands who wish to participate in the graduation ceremony MUST avail themselves for the rehearsals on (date is yet to be fixed). Please note that rehearsal is mandatory for participants; you should, therefore, make every effort to attend and MUST wear your academic dress.
Fees and Clearance
Graduands should pay shs. 80,000. (Eighty thousand shillings only) plus bank charges which include Certificate, Transcript, Convocation and Graduation fees.
All payments and clearance must be done. Only graduands who will have completed payment of all University fees will be eligible for graduation and will receive their transcripts and certificates.
Punctuality & Invitation
The procession led by the Chairman of the University Council shall start at 09:00 AM. Once the congregation is officially constituted, all students and guests physically present may not leave the ceremony until the congregation is dissolved .
Additional Information
- All persons physically present at the ceremony must observe the Health Standard Operation Procedures (SOPs) and follow all rules and procedures of the organisers. The Islamic University in Uganda dress code shall be observed at all times during the graduation.
- Students who completed their studies in the previous years but were unable to graduate for different reasons shall be allowed to graduate upon satisfying the conditions herein stated.
- Gadgets like fire arms, large and heavy bags, radio communication, cameras, pipes, /cylindrical objects, packed items (foods and drinks inclusive), and or any other life endangering objects shall not be accepted in/on the graduation grounds.
