IUIU 34th Graduation List – December 2025

We are happy to present to you the Islamic University in Uganda, IUIU 34th Graduation List for December 2025. The Chancellor, Islamic University in Uganda, IUIU, on behalf of the University Council, Management Board and Senate has released the names of successful graduands.

ISLAMIC UNIVERSITY IN UGANDA (IUIU) 34TH GRADUATION LIST FOR DECEMBER 2025

The Islamic University in Uganda (IUIU) has released the Final Graduation List for the 34th Graduation Ceremony, officially scheduled for 20th December 2025 at the Main Campus in Mbale. Graduands from all campuses—Main Campus, Kampala Campus, Females’ Campus, and Arua Campus—are expected to take note.

Examination Results

The results of the examinations are available from the offices of the respective Deans of Faculties/Schools during working hours.

Graduands should download and confirm that their names appear exactly as expected.

Verification Of Academic Records And Order Of Names

All graduands must verify their academic details and ensure that their names appear exactly as they should on their final certificates.
IUIU emphasizes that each student must:

• Confirm the order of names
• Check spelling accuracy
• Ensure all academic records are correct

Once certificates are printed, no changes will be made, so this verification process is crucial.

Clearance & Fees

Academic Attire

Graduands are required to wear official IUIU academic gowns, hoods, and caps. Academic attire will be available for collection at the designated campus stores. Only approved gowns will be allowed during the ceremony.

Refundable deposits or attire hire guidelines will be communicated at collection points.

Punctuality

All graduands and invited guests should arrive early.
IUIU requires that everyone be seated by 8:30 a.m. on the graduation day. Late arrivals may miss key parts of the ceremony or be restricted from joining the main procession.

Picking of Certificates

After the ceremony:

• Graduands will receive communication from their Schools on certificate collection timelines.
• Only students who have cleared all fees and returned their regalia will be allowed to collect certificates.
• Graduands must present valid identification and any required clearance documents.
