NDEJJE UNIVERSITY 23RD GRADUATION LIST FOR 2021
Ndejje University, NU will hold its 23rd Virtual Graduation Ceremony will take place on Friday, 17th December 2021 starting at 9:00 AM. The link for the event will be sent/communicated at a later date.. The link to enable you participate and follow the proceedings will be sent as communicated at a later date. Graduands are advised to check below for the full list of graduands.
The graduation ceremony will be presided over by the University Chancellor and other councils who will award Diplomas and Certificates and confer Degrees.

Examination Results
The results of the examinations are available from the offices of the respective Deans of Faculties/Schools during working hours.
Clearance
This is to inform all the graduating students to clear all graduation fees, any outstanding University fees balances and all other requirements. This will enable you obtain the Graduation regalia and Academic Documents. Please contact the Accounts office at Kampala or Main Campus for clearance. The graduation fees structure for 2021 is as below:

Only graduands cleared by the Accounts office will be allowed to register for graduation.

The list will be posted as soon as it is approved. Continuously keep on confirming with your Department if you have met the Graduation requirements.
Any potential graduand whose name is not on the list is expected to visit his/her School immediately.
Verification Of Academic Records And Order Of Names
Graduands must ensure that all courses taken in their program of study have been graded and passed and that there are no missing courses or grades.
Punctuality and invitation Card
Graduands must take seats by 8.00 am.

i would like to ask can i join the diploma now at the main compus in ECD because you in hold with the certificates me i did 2019/2020 please am in need of your feed back and i keep on calling your contacts are off i dont understand why thanks fauza
