UTC Offline Application Procedure
- Download the application forms here and the upgraders’ application forms here.
- Fill the Application Form
- Make payments for the Application Forms using a cash deposit slip of the respective bank (53,000/=) at any of the following bank below:
- Stanbic bank Fort-portal branch on A/C No. 9030005625377 or
- Housing Finance Bank Fort-portal branch on A/C No. 1330003394
- Attach your academic documents together with payment slips from the bank.
- Send the above to the Academic Registrar’s Office.
Uganda Technical College, UTC Kichwamba, offers undergraduate courses at the diploma level besides those offered at the postgraduate degree level. Prospective students should apply by filling out the application forms before the deadline date, as the admissions office communicates it. Late applications are only accepted if the programme space allows. These should be received no later than two weeks after the start of the appropriate semester, or not later than a week after the beginning of a session.
Once you submit your form, you must pay the application fee for your form to be processed. Otherwise, it will not be processed.
