Allen & Overy announces the commencement of its bursary programme for the year 2024, designed to support the next generation of legal professionals. The firm, with its commitment to academic excellence and fostering new talent, invites applications from diligent law students who exhibit academic prowess and a keen interest in the legal field.
Allen & Overy Bursary Programme Eligibility
To be considered for the Allen & Overy Bursary Programme, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Academic Achievement: A consistent academic record with a minimum 70% aggregate throughout high school and university
- Field of Study: Currently enrolled in a relevant law degree such as BCom Law, BA Law, or LLB.
- Academic Progress: They must have completed at least one year of their degree programme and be able to present academic results.
Application Procedure
Interested applicants are required to submit the following documents:
- Motivational Letter: A personal statement outlining your interest in law and aspirations for the future.
- CV: A detailed curriculum vitae that includes educational background, any work experience, and extracurricular activities.
- Academic Transcript: The most recent academic transcript showing your performance in the law degree programme
- Matric Certificate: A copy of your matriculation certificate
- ID Copy: A valid copy of your identification document
