Boston College Online Application Forms – 2026/2027 Admission

Applications are invited from suitably qualified SCHOOL LEAVERS, NON-SCHOOL LEAVERS, and SPECIAL CASES.

BOSTON COLLEGE ADMISSION GUIDELINES AND FORMS

For annual programmes, students must pre-enrol at the end of the year for the following academic year. Enrollment forms must be accompanied by proof of payment of the non-refundable registration fee. Please bring a certified copy of your ID and the latest school report or certificate for enrollment purposes. All courses are subject to student numbers.

Boston College Online Application Procedure

New Students

• Step 1: Complete the online application process for new students. Proceed to the BOSTON COLLEGE Online Application Portal through the link stated below.
• Step 2: When on the page, fill in the required personal details.
• You must have a valid email address. Please create an email address if you don’t have one. We will correspond with you and reply to your email address during the application process.
• During the application process, you will be requested to upload copies of the following documents:
  • A certified copy of your ID
  • Proof of residence.
• Foreign students:
  • Certified copies of passport
  • SAQA-approved foreign qualification
  • Proof of medical insurance or coverage
  • Valid study permit

Note: Please scan all of the above documents on a memory stick or your computer before you start with the application process.

UPLOAD SUPPORTING DOCUMENTATION

Everyone applying for a new qualification must submit the required documents (all first-time applicants and Orbit TVET College students starting a new qualification). The due date for uploading the required documents is the closing date for applications. No documents submitted after the closing date for applications will be accepted.

Orbit TVET College does not provide scanners or electronic devices. Please ensure that your documents are scanned and uploaded to an electronic device before starting the application process.

The application fee is stated in the application form.

Make sure that your application is complete

If your application for admission to study at Boston College is incomplete, you will have to reapply during the next application period.

BOSTON COLLEGE APPLICATION REQUIRED DOCUMENTS

All applicants starting a new qualification must upload all the required documents, which generally consist of the following:

• Birth Certificate or Identity Document (Proof of application for new ID or passport)
• The most recent Academic results
• Certificates/Qualifications
• Municipal billing documents or other account statements (not older than 3 months)

INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS (IN ADDITION TO THE ABOVE)

• Study Permit (valid for the duration of the study period)
• SAQA Foreign Qualifications Evaluation (www.saqa.org.za)
• Passport
