COLLEGE OF THE TRANSFIGURATION ADMISSION GUIDELINES AND FORMS
Application to College of the Transfiguration (COTT is basically online or by post. Kindly follow the steps stated below.
College of the Transfiguration, COTT Online Application Procedures
To apply online:
- Simply complete the College of the Transfiguration Online Application Form stated below and upload all of the necessary documentation so that it can be processed by our administrative department.
- Your application will be completed once all of the necessary fees have been paid.
- You will be notified of your admission status via email with further instructions for payment and final submission
College of the Transfiguration, COTT Offline Application Procedures

- Application forms can also be collected in person from the college.
- The required documents must accompany the Application Form.
UPLOAD SUPPORTING DOCUMENTATION
Everyone applying for a new qualification must submit the required documents (all first-time applicants, College of the Transfiguration, and COTT students starting a new qualification). The due date for uploading the required documents is the closing date for applications. No documents submitted after the closing date for applications will be accepted.
College of the Transfiguration, COTT, does not provide scanners or electronic devices. Please ensure that your documents are scanned and uploaded to an electronic device before starting the application process.
COLLEGE OF THE TRANSFIGURATION APPLICATION FEE
This fee is non-refundable even if you decide not to study through College of the Transfiguration, COTT, do not qualify for admission to College of the Transfiguration, COTT or cannot be offered a space due to limited spaces available. College of the Transfiguration (COTT does not accept cash at any of its offices.
The due date for the application fee is the closing date for the application period. Any application submitted without an application fee paid on time will not be processed. Please ensure that you keep a copy of your proof of payment.
Make sure that your application is complete
If your application for admission to study through the College of the Transfiguration, COTT, is incomplete, you will have to re-apply during the next application period.
COLLEGE OF THE TRANSFIGURATION APPLICATION REQUIRED DOCUMENTS
All applicants starting a new qualification must upload all the required documents, which generally consists of the following:
- Certified copy of ID.
- Certified Matric certificate (If SA qualification) or High School qualification / transcripts.
- Certified copies of any other qualification(s) you might have.
- Signed motivational letter by the applicant.
