- STEP 7: ACCEPTED. Check your e-mails regularly. If your application status is PROVISIONALLY ACCEPTED, you have 48 hours to accept the offer made. Click on the VIEW DETAIL button on the portal, then click on ACCEPT AND SUBMIT.
- Step 8: OFFER EXPIRED. Should you not login to the student portal and accept the offer within 48 hours, the offer will expire, and your application will be cancelled. Once you accept the offer, your status will change to PRE-ENROLLED.
- STEP 9: CAP TEST. If you are pre-enrolled student, contact the college to book a timeslot to complete the CAP Test. The competency and placement test is an interest and placement test only and not an IQ test.
- STEP 10:
- FULL-TIME STUDENTS: pay R500 registration fee.
- Part-time TIME STUDENTS: pay full course fee.
- Alternatively, provide proof of approved bursary details. (The R500 is a part of your class fee and is NOT additional costs.) BANKING details are on your e-mail.
- STEP 11: Check registration dates on your e-mail Visit the campus on the dates specified. You will only gain entrance if you are pre-enrolled.

- Certification may not be older than three months

- STEP 12: After completing the registration, visit the Student Card Studio on campus to take a photo and receive your student Card. You will be notified via SMS to inform you when the classes will commence.
2. Acknowledgement of Application
- You will receive an email confirming the online submission of your application immediately.
- Within three working days, you should receive formal acknowledgment of your application along with your student number and log-in details.
- Note: This acknowledgement does not mean you’ve been accepted or admitted to Flavius Mareka TVET College, UL.
3. Upload Supporting Documents
