The Department of Tourism hereby invites all outstanding students to apply for the 2022/2023 Bursary. The Department of Tourism has set-up a tertiary bursary fund to bolster capacity, expertise and work opportunities related to the finance sector. It is intended for tertiary students at the undergraduate level. Department of Tourism has allocated a bursary fund specifically for the following fields below.

- Journalism
- Public Relations
- Communication Science
- Computer Science
- Information Technology (Software Development, Data Warehousing and related, Data Processing)
- Development Studies
- Economics
- Internal Audit (Forensic / Audit)
- Risk Management
- Statistics / Data Management
- Supply Chain Management
- Tourism Development / Tourism Management
Candidate Requirements
This Bursary opportunities are for South African graduates studying (Diploma/ Degree/ Hons MSc/ M Tech Masters/ PhD) in fields listed above.
