KWAME NKRUMAH UNIVERSITY 8TH GRADUATION LIST FOR 2021
The 8th Kwame Nkrumah University Graduation Ceremony will be held virtually on Saturday, 18th December, 2021 at Kwame Nkrumah University by 09:00 hours. All graduands who completed their studies in 2022/2023 Academic year (or before, but have not yet graduated) are welcome to participate.
Graduands are advised to check below for the full list of graduands.
The graduation ceremony will be presided over by the University Chancellor and other councils who will award Diplomas and Certificates and confer Degrees.

Examination Results
The results of the examinations are available from the offices of the respective Deans of Faculties/Schools during working hours.
Clearance & Fees
Please note that eligibility for graduation is upon payment of ALL outstanding fees through Bill Master, ZANACO Bank using your student number.
Graduands are advised to formally report to the Academic Office to undertake the following:
- Final Clearance by the University (Accounts, Academic Office and Library)
- Registration for Participation in the Graduation Ceremony;
- Take a portrait in the Kwame Nkrumah University Gown at east Campus library;
GRADUATION FEE, COST OF HIRE AND PURCHASE OF GOWNS
- Undergraduate; Graduation fee plus hire of Gown (Mandatory) – K 800
- Undergraduate; Graduation fee plus purchase of Gown – K 1,620.00
- Postgraduate; Graduation fee plus hire of Gown (Mandatory) – K 900.00
- Postgraduate; Graduation fee plus purchase of Gown – K1,720.00

Verification Of Academic Records And Order Of Names
Graduands must ensure that all courses taken in their program of study have been graded and passed and that there are no missing courses or grades.
Graduands should confirm participation with the Academic office.
Graduation Attire
Graduands are required to purchase or hire the academic dress from the Academic Office only. Please note that hired gowns should be returned to the Academic Office -Examinations the same day by 17:00 hours, failure to which it will be assumed purchased.
Punctuality
Graduands must take seats by 8.00 am and invited guests are expected to be seated by 9.00 am.
Additional Information
Graduands are expected to observe Ministry of Health Guidelines at all times as you come to the academic office to do the formalities for the graduation.
Note that certificates will only be presented to the candidates thirty (30) days after the graduation date.
