MULUNGUSHI UNIVERSITY 11TH GRADUATION LIST FOR 2019
The 11th Graduation Ceremony of Mulungushi University will be held on Friday 15th November 2019 at the Great North Road Campus, starting at 07:30 hours. All graduands who completed their studies in 2018/2019 Academic year (or before, but have not yet graduated) are welcome to participate.
The graduation ceremony will be presided over by the University Chancellor and other councils who will award Diplomas and Certificates and confer Degrees.

Examination Results
The results of the examinations are available from the offices of the respective Deans of Faculties/Schools during working hours.
Clearance & Fees
Please note that eligibility for graduation is upon payment of ALL outstanding fees through Bill Master, ZANACO Bank using your student number.
Graduands are therefore requested to report to the Academic Office before Friday 8th November. 2019 from 09:00 hours to 16:30 hours to undertake the following:-
- Payment of K300 Participation Fee
- Final Clearance by the University
- Registration for Participation in the Graduation Ceremony
- Collection of Invitation Brochures
The MU’s Accounts Office should clear all graduands before registering for graduation. Any outstanding fees must be paid before the deadline. Only graduands cleared by the Accounts office will be allowed to register for graduation.
List of Graduands
The list will be posted as soon as it is approved. Continuously keep on confirming with your Department if you have met the Graduation Requirements.
Any potential graduand whose name is not on the list is expected to visit his/her School immediately.
Verification Of Academic Records And Order Of Names
Graduands must ensure that all courses taken in their program of study have been graded and passed and that there are no missing courses or grades.
Rehearsals
ALL graduands will be required to attend rehearsals on Wednesday 13th November 2019 at 14:00 hours at the graduation grounds.
It must be noted that individuals that will not attend rehearsals will not be allowed to participate in the Graduation Ceremony.
Graduation Attire
Graduands are advised to purchase or hire the academic dress from the Academic Office only. The last day to purchase or hire academic dress will be Thursday, 14th November 2019 at 16:30 hours.

Postgraduate Programmes

Punctuality and invitation Card
The invitation cards for Graduands and their guests will be ready for collection from the Office of the Academic Registrar.
Graduands must take seats by 8.00 am and invited guests are expected to be seated by 9.00 am.
