We are happy to present to you the Mulungushi University, MU Zambia 12th Graduation List – 2020. The Vice-Chancellor on behalf of the University Council, Management Board and Senate has released the names of successful graduands.

MULUNGUSHI UNIVERSITY 12TH GRADUATION LIST FOR 2020
The 12th Graduation Ceremony of Mulungushi University will be held virtually on Friday 13th November , 2020 at the Great North Road Campus, starting at 09.00 hours. All graduands who completed their studies in 2022/2023 Academic year (or before, but have not yet graduated) are welcome to participate. Please note that eligibility for graduation is upon payment of ALL outstanding fees by 23rd October, 2020 through Bill Master, ZANACO Bank using your student number.
The graduation ceremony will be presided over by the University Chancellor and other councils who will award Diplomas and Certificates and confer Degrees.

Examination Results
The results of the examinations are available from the offices of the respective Deans of Faculties/Schools during working hours.
Clearance & Fees
Graduands are therefore requested to report to the Academic Office between 16th October, 2020 and Friday 30th October. 2020 from 09.00 hours to 16.30 hours after payment of participation and alumni affiliation fee to undertake the following:-
- Final Clearance by the University (Accounts, Academic Office and Library)
- Registration for Participation in the Graduation Ceremony;
- Take a portrait in Mulungushi University Gown at Academic Office;
The MU’s Accounts Office should clear all graduands before registering for graduation. Any outstanding fees must be paid before the deadline. Only graduands cleared by the Accounts office will be allowed to register for graduation.
List of Graduands
The list will be posted as soon as it is approved. Continuously keep on confirming with your Department if you have met the Graduation Requirements.
Any potential graduand whose name is not on the list is expected to visit his/her School immediately.
Verification Of Academic Records And Order Of Names
Graduands must ensure that all courses taken in their program of study have been graded and passed and that there are no missing courses or grades.
Graduation Attire
Graduands are required to purchase or hire the academic dress from the Academic Office only. Please note that the last day to purchase or hire of academic dress will be Friday. 30th October 2020 at 16.30 hours. The fee for Participation, Alumni, and Purchase or Hire of Gowns will be sent to you via a text message.
Please note that hired gowns should be returned to the Academic Office – Examinations the same day by 17.00 hours, failure to which it will be assumed purchased .
Punctuality and invitation Card
The invitation cards for Graduands and their guests will be ready for collection from the Office of the Academic Registrar.
Graduands must take seats by 8.00 am and invited guests are expected to be seated by 9.00 am.
