The Lusaka Apex Medical University Senate wishes to inform all Graduands and the general public that the 8th Graduation Ceremony shall be held on Thursday 29th September, 2022 at 07:00 at New Government Complex along Independence Avenue Road.

The graduation ceremony will be presided over by the Chancellor and other councils who will award Diplomas and Certificates and confer Degrees.

Examination Results
The results of the examinations are available from the offices of the respective Deans of Faculties/Schools during working hours.
Clearance & Fees
- Participation Fee K 350.00
- Purchase of Gown K 1, 500.00
- Graduating in Absentia : K 1000.00
- Alumni Fee K 100.00
Graduands are further requested to report to the Academic Office between 5th September, 2022 and 23rd September, 2022
to undertake the following:
- Final Clearance by the University
- Registration for participation in the graduation ceremony
- Purchase of Academic Gown.
All payments must be deposited in the school Account number: 1095776500148, ZANACO, Manda Hill branch. Further note that you are required to use you r ID number as the narration or description when making payments.
Graduating students will be required to clear with the accounts office before registering for graduation at the Lusaka campus, failure to which they will not be allowed to graduate.
List of Graduands
The list will be posted as soon as it is approved. Continuously keep on confirming with your Department if you have met the Graduation requirements.
Any potential graduand whose name is not on the list is expected to visit his/her School immediately.
Rehearsals
Briefings and Rehearsals shall be conducted on Monday 1st November, 2021 at new government complex starting at 08:00hrs. All Graduands should attend.
Verification Of Academic Records And Order Of Names
Graduands must ensure that all courses taken in their program of study have been graded and passed and that there are no missing courses or grades.
Punctuality and invitation Card
The invitation cards for Graduands and their guests will be ready for collection from the Office of the Academic Registrar.
No photographer will be allowed to conduct business in the main auditorium on graduation day.
