HO TECHNICAL UNIVERSITY LIST OF GRADUANDS FOR 2020
Applicants are advised to check your graduation status by visiting the Ho Technical University‘s website.
It is announced for the information of graduands of Ho Technical University and the general public that, the 20th Congregation of the University will be held on Saturday, 7th December 2020 at 9:00 a.m. prompt in the G.M. Afeti Auditorium.
Graduands who completed their programmes of study in 2020 and wish to be presented should register either personally or via email (congregation@htu.edu.gh) with the Admissions Office latest 4:30 p.m on Monday, 2nd December 2020, by providing the following details:
- Full Name (ONLY names registered with the institution shall be recognized)
- Programme of Study
- Current Address
Congratulations on your achievement so far. Kindly find the list of students cleared for graduation so far. Kindly confirm the correctness and order of your names, specialization and the course on the list.
Each graduand is required to pay congregation fee of GH¢390 (covering hiring of gowns, certificate, Scroll, Transcript, Certified True Copy of the Certificate and Photograph) payment should be made at any branch of GCB Bank LTD, through the Eagle-pay platform by indicating Congregation Fee. An official receipt would be issued by the Bank which must be presented at the Admission Office for registration.
- Graduands who wish to register via email should attach a scanned copy of the payment receipt.
- Graduands who may not attend the congregation shall pay GH¢ 390 before they collect their Certificates.
- Graduands will be expected to make their own arrangements for accommodation and meals for themselves and their guests.
The deadline for registration is Monday, 2nd December 2020.
The congregation programme of activities is scheduled as follows:
Friday, 6th December 2020
- Collection of gowns by all registered Graduands
Time: 10:00am – 2:00 p.m.
Venue: Designated Faculty sharing points - Congregation Rehearsal
Time: 2:00 p.m.
Venue: G.M. Afeti Auditorium
