We are happy to present to you the Data Link Institute of Business and Technology Congregation: List of Graduating Students – January 2023. The Vice-Chancellor on behalf of the University Council, Management Board and Senate has released the names of successful graduands.
The first-ever Data Link Institute of Business and Technology blended (virtual and in-person) graduation ceremony will be held for all final year students who have successfully completed their academic programmes of study during the 2024 academic Year. This arrangement for the January 2023 Congregation Ceremony has become necessary in order to comply with the health safety protocols.
Therefore all successful graduands can check their names below or on the university website.
DATA LINK INSTITUTE OF BUSINESS AND TECHNOLOGY GRADUATION LIST FOR JANUARY 2021 CONGREGATION
It is announced for the information of all final year undergraduate students graduating with Honours and diplomas, that they will be required to attend the 11th Congregation Ceremony in person on Thursday, January 21, 2021 at Joint Church, Community 7, Tema by 10.00 am WAT.

PAYMENT OF GRADUATION FEE
Students with outstanding bills should contact the Student Accounts Office to settle their bills. It is the student’s responsibility to ensure that obligations on his/her account to the University are met to enable records to be cleared for registration. Students with outstanding fees on their Account will be tagged and may be barred from registration and receipt of their Datalink transcripts/certificates.
Examination Results
The results of the examinations are available from the offices of the respective Deans of Faculties/Schools during working hours.
List of Graduands
Any potential graduand whose name is not on the list is expected to visit his/her School immediately.
Verification Of Academic Records And Order Of Names
Graduands must ensure that all courses taken in their program of study have been graded and passed and that there are no missing courses or grades.
Punctuality
Graduands must take seats by 8.00 am.. Invited graduands and their guests will be required to strictly follow the health Protocols.
