We are happy to present to you the Cape Coast Technical University, CCTU 3rd Congregation: List of Graduating Students – February 2023. The Vice-Chancellor on behalf of the University Council, Management Board and Senate has released the names of successful graduands.
The first-ever Cape Coast Technical University, CCTU virtual graduation ceremony will be held for all final year students who have successfully completed their academic programmes of study during the 2024 academic Year. This arrangement for the March 2021 Congregation Ceremony has become necessary in order to comply with the health safety protocols.
Therefore all successful graduands can check their names below or on the university website.
CAPE COAST TECHNICAL UNIVERSITY (CCTU) GRADUATION LIST FOR 3RD CONGREGATION
It is announced for the information of Cape Coast Technical University Alumni, Staff, Parents and the General Public that the 3rd Congregation of Cape Coast Technical University for the award of Bachelor of Technology Degrees, Higher National Diploma, Professional Diploma and Diploma programmes has been slated for Saturday, March 27, 2021 at 9:00 a.m. prompt at the University’s Ceremonial Grounds.
In view of the global pandemic, only first class graduands would be allowed to be at the Ceremonial Grounds. The programme would be streamed live on Facebook, Zoom and Eagle Fm for the participation of all other graduands.

PAYMENT OF GRADUATION FEE
All graduands are required to pay a non-refundable graduation fee of Three Hundred and Eighty Ghana Cedis (Gh.¢ 380.00).
Payment should be made to the Cape Coast Technical University Recurrent, Zenith Bank, University of Cape Coast Branch. account number (6011400280).
Examination Results
The results of the examinations are available from the offices of the respective Deans of Faculties/Schools during working hours.
List of Graduands
The list will be posted as soon as it is approved. Continuously keep on confirming with your Department if you have met the Graduation requirements.
Any potential graduand whose name is not on the list is expected to visit his/her School immediately.
Verification Of Academic Records And Order Of Names
Graduands must ensure that all courses taken in their program of study have been graded and passed and that there are no missing courses or grades.
Rehearsals
All first class students would be required to attend Rehearsals on Friday, March 26, 2021 at 3:00 p.m. prompt at the Ceremonial Grounds.
Academic Gowns
All first class students can pick up their gowns and other paraphernalia on or before Friday, March 26, 2021 at the main Stores of Cape Coast Technical University.
Graduands will be required to return their gowns to the Cape Coast Technical University Stores before they would be presented with their certificates.
Punctuality
Graduands must take seats by 8.00 am. You are allowed to invite one (1) guest only to be present at the Ceremony. 4. Invited graduands and their guests will be required to strictly follow the health Protocols.
Collection of Certificates
All graduands are required to pay the graduation fee before the collection of their certificates. Collection of certificates at the Academic Office for non- first class graduands starts from Monday, March 29, 2021 from 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
