We are happy to present to you the University of Health & Allied Sciences, UHAS 5th Congregation: List of Graduating Students -2021. The Vice-Chancellor on behalf of the University Council, Management Board and Senate has released the names of successful graduands.
The first-ever University of Health & Allied Sciences, UHAS blended (virtual and in-person) graduation ceremony will be held for all final year students who have successfully completed their academic programmes of study during the 2024 academic Year. This arrangement for the 5th Congregation Ceremony has become necessary in order to comply with the health safety protocols.

UHAS 5TH GRADUATION LIST FOR 2020 VIRTUAL CONGREGATION
The University of Health & Allied Sciences, UHAS announces for the information of 2020 Graduands and the General Public that its 5th Congregation (Virtual) will be held on Saturday, 17 April 2021.
Congregation Schedule
The 4th Session of the 5th Congregation for the award of degrees to persons who completed their programmes of study in the aforementioned year, will be held as follows:
- School of Allied Health Sciences (SAHS)
- School of Nursing and Midwifery (SONAM)
- School of Public Health (SPH)
Date: Saturday, 17 April 2021
Time: 9.00 a.m.
Venue: Cedi Auditorium, UHAS Main Campus, Sokode-Lokoe, Ho
Dress Code: FORMAL

Examination Results
The results of the examinations are available from the offices of the respective Deans of Faculties/Schools during working hours.
Clearance & Fees
- PAYMENT OF GRADUATION FEES
All graduands are expected to pay an amount of GH₵ 350.00 into UHAS PROJECT ACCOUNT, Number: 5011130017007, GCB-HO Main Branch and proceed to: www.uhas.edu.gh/en/congregation for further information. - REGISTRATION DEADLINE: Monday, 12 April 2021
- ACCOMMODATION
Graduands are expected to make their own arrangements for accommodation.
Distribution of Certificates
Certificates will be available for collection after the session. Graduands will be expected to show their ID cards and Clearance Chits for inspection before collection of the certificates at the Directorate of Academic Affairs.
List of Graduands
The list will be posted as soon as it is approved. Continuously keep on confirming with your Department if you have met the Graduation requirements. The online Congregation Brochure containing the list of the graduands will also be made available on the website.
Any potential graduand whose name is not on the list is expected to visit his/her School immediately.
Verification Of Academic Records And Order Of Names
Graduands must ensure that all courses taken in their program of study have been graded and passed and that there are no missing courses or grades.
Punctuality
Graduands must take seats by 9.00 am.
