Applications are invited from suitably qualified SCHOOL LEAVERS, NON SCHOOL LEAVERS and SPECIAL CASES.

UNIVERSITY OF HEALTH & ALLIED SCIENCES ADMISSION GUIDELINES AND FORMS

Application to UHAS is basically online despite your preference. We therefore advise applicants to begin the application process early. Applications are received from both Ghanaian and Foreign applicants. Foreign applicants are however advised to contact the National Council for Tertiary Education (NCTE) for a detailed interpretation of their results. To become a student at the University of Health & Allied Sciences, you have to note the following: A. General Procedure

1. Purchase an application voucher for GHC 220.00 through:
2. • Short Code: 8879# (all networks)
   • Any branch of GCB Bank, Zenith Bank, ADB Bank
   • Any branch of Ghana Posts Note: Specify the program you are applying for during purchase (e.g., Undergraduate Regular, International, Access, etc.)
3. After purchase, you will receive only a PIN.
4. Visit this link and select the appropriate program.
5. Enter your PIN to verify the voucher.
6. Click on “New Form” and complete the application.
7. If you need more time to finish the form, use the “Save” button.
8. When confident all information is accurate, click “Submit.” Note: Double-check your information before submitting, as you won’t be able to edit it afterward.

B. Saving and Resuming Your Application

1. Click “Save” to pause your application process.
2. Enter your valid email address when prompted.
3. A progress code will be sent to the email provided.
4. To resume, follow the link in Step 3 of Section A.
5. Select “Continue Application.”
6. Enter the progress code received in Step 3.
7. Continue from where you left off.

C. Applications Awaiting Results

1. Complete the application as per Sections A and B.
2. Once your results are available:
   • Go to this link
   • Enter the email address used during your application.
   • A link will be sent to this email.
   • Click the link to check your admission status.
   • Click “Check Exams” and then “Add Exams.”
   • Select exam type, enter your index number, and optionally, the exam date and aggregate.
   • Click “Add Results,” then “Submit.”

D. Checking Your Application Status

1. Visit this link.
2. Enter the email address you used in your application form.
3. You’ll receive an email with a link to view your admission status.
