HOW TO ACCESS/LOGIN TO THE FCK STUDENT PORTAL

1. Open your internet browser e.g. Internet Explorer, Chrome, Firefox, etc.
2. Go to http://portal.FCK.ac.ke/
3. Kindly log in with your username and password
4. Once logged in, you will be able to perform any of the academic activities.

HOW TO CREATE A PORTAL ACCOUNT AS A FIRST TIME USER

1. Open the Friends College Kaimosi Website https://fck.ac.ke/
2. Click on the Student Portal
3. Click Create an Account
4. Select Role as a Student
5. Enter your School Admission Number as the Registration Number.
6. Create your own personal password
7. Click Submit
8. A confirmation email will be sent to the registered student’s email address. for trainees who will not receive confirmation mail means he/she didn’t provide valid email or doesn’t have email.
9. Log in using admission number and the password you had previously created.
10. On the Student’s portal, you will be able to find many facilities. Among them are the fees structure, Reporting and many others.

You will be notified that an activation code has been sent to your FCK Corporate email. Ignore this message. Your account is now functional. You can now log in with your Reg no. and password to access your fee status, academic transcripts session reporting etc.

HOW TO RECOVER YOUR FCK STUDENT PORTAL FORGOTTEN PASSWORD?

Trainees who will be unable to login on the student portal are required to;

1.  Click on forget password and enter your full admission number. The password will be sent to the email address you used on the college system
2. Login to your Email address and follow the instructions in the mail to change your password
3. Login again on the student portal using the new password you created and report for term 1 2022.
